Overview:
In the current market, interest in the presentation is high. Multiple Agencies and Companies today are working to consolidate the lifecycle portfolio management into a single environment providing mobile and web-based collaboration technologies for project information and process management, on a software as a service basis (SaaS). Initiatives for efficient and effective collaboration with traceability to track from the concept of a project through procurement, requests, changes, and closeout drive organizations to SaaS. Organizations look for solutions which can evolve to the existing processes and can easily be integrated into day to day utilization. This presentation should bring a large interest for Oracle.
Presenter: Grant Liddle, Oracle
Mr. Liddle is a Senior Sales Consultant for Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Liddle worked as an Agile Project Manager and Agile Coach helping organizations realize the benefits of their Agile Transformation initiatives. Mr. Liddle has over 19 years of experience in IT across numerous industries (Healthcare, Transportation, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Public sector, Financial services). He has over 6 years’ experience in implementing projects and leading trainingsessions on Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, and Lean principles for both large and small organizations. As an avid fan of using data to drive business decisions, Mr. Liddle married the concepts of EVM with Agile methods to forecast project completion dates and engage stakeholders during implementation. Mr. Liddle currently holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Marcell is Sr. Vice President responsible for K2 Construction Consultants, Inc., a globally recognized leader in project management solutions and professional services. Mr. Marcell has almost 20 years of specialized experience in Project Management, Project Controls, Risk Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM) including a wide variety of transportation and building construction programs, commercial and technical service integration, Manufacturing, Government, Software Development, Integrated Logistics, and Research/Development programs. Mr. Marcell has designed and implemented tools, processes, and procedures for Cost Management & Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) as the Program Planning and Controls Manager for major Government contractors.
