Event Times:

5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, race night registration, company gathering
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:30-9:30 Post-race party and awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, company gathering etc) will take place underneath a large covered pavilion on the beautiful grounds of the 400 acre farm. The post-race party will be held in this area as well. We will have plenty of picnic tables, banquet tables and chairs available for comfortable seating.

Race Course:

The race course will be one loop around the farm and is mostly on packed gravel. The entire course is within the confines of the Farm.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party, catered by Highpoint Events, will take place at the picnic area. Every participant will get a free beer with their registration. For all participants, a variety of great food, beer and other beverages will be available for sale throughout the night. Our DJ will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos. Awards at 8-8:15 for fastest teams and individuals.

Plenty of free parking is available at the Farm.
