About the Speaker:
Tom Orr, PE, CVS, serves as Director of Optimization Strategies for MBP.  Tom is a registered Civil Engineer, Certified Value Specialist, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  He has 30 years of experience serving in different roles in project controls, design, and construction management.  Tom serves as a facilitator of project and process improvement workshops and has been involved in over 300 formal Value Engineering workshops for clients in the public and private sectors.
