In this presentation, Robin Pulverenti will explore the big picture of Earned Value Management and provide insight as to why Cost Estimators should care. She will show the results of using EVM data to manage projects and test the validity and assumptions made in the initial estimating process. Attendees will gain knowledge of the foundations of EVM and Cost Estimating that is beneficial to management of the project and future estimating.

Robin Pulverenti is certified in Project Management (PMI PMP), Earned Value (AACE EVP), and Agile (PMI ACP) and has been working in project management and controls for the past 20 years.
