About the Presentation:

Full-Stack Project Controls: What is it and Why Is It Important?

In software development, a full-stack developer is someone who possesses the skills and knowledge necessary to complete an entire project from "end-to-end". They are the total package, and as such are in high demand.

This presentation will discuss the concept of the Full-Stack Project Controls Professional; a single individual competent in managing the project functions of schedule, cost, constructability, risk, and claims / claims avoidance. Topics will include defining each of these functions, how these functions fit together, and how looking at these functions as a whole provides benefits exponentially greater than looking at each function separately. This presentation will be heavily interactive with focus on creating an open dialogue after the presentation.
